The X2-1401E is Wi-Fi ready and can be upgraded with the optional Hunter WAND Wi-Fi Module, enabling integration with the Hydrawise® Smart Irrigation System. This allows remote control via a smartphone or computer, weather-based irrigation adjustments, and real-time water management to help reduce water consumption.

Housed in a durable weatherproof outdoor enclosure with a built-in 230VAC power plug, the controller is designed for reliable long-term outdoor installation. It also supports rain and soil moisture sensors, helping prevent unnecessary watering during wet conditions.
